Mixed Berry Chia Jam

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/3 pound fresh strawberries, washed, hulled, and sliced
  • 1/3 pound fresh blueberries, washed
  • 1/3 pound fresh raspberries, washed
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp honey 
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup and extra 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips, separated
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons coconut oil 
  • 1 cup organic vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar 
  • 3/4 cup organic oat flour (you can just blend regular organic steel cut oats in your blender)

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup Organic Milk Of Choice (I recommend coconut for the MCFA’s)
  • 1/2 cup Organic Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Organic Blackberries
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1/4 cup Organic Granola
  • 1 level TSP Chia Seeds
  • Dash of Cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS:

Blend and pour.
