I use The Biggest Loser Challenge Journal and Meal Planner book along with the JM app. The upload is a picture of me and my daughter, because we made this a mother-daughter thing. I lost 17 lbs and my daughter lost 30 lbs.

Lost Over 20 pounds

I started my fitness journey when I was 17 by going to Weight Watchers. I was ‘chubby’ from the time I was around nine years old until I graduated high school. After losing a little weight by simply eating healthy (no exercise) and hitting a plateau, at 19 I discovered the power of working out. At that time, I started riding my bike 12.5 miles 5x a week and did Jane Fonda workouts and finally reached my goal weight (and then some!). Throughout the years, I've continued working out at home with DVDs, even through two pregnancies, and following the ‘everything in moderation’ diet and I've kept the weight off. My home workouts have been mainly your DVDs the past 2-3 years and at 45 years old (closing in on 46), I am healthy, fit and happy. Thank you so much for the inspiration and for all you do! <3
