Why do I have to add or select payment info to activate my free trial?

Selecting or adding payment is required to activate your free trial. Rest assured, new accounts will not be charged during the initial trial period. If you decide to not move forward with a subscription cancel your trial 48 hours before the last day of the trial without risk of being charged.

The subscription billing is managed through the selected payment form. If you are unsure who you selected to manage your subscription billing make sure to contact our Customer Support team at help@jillianmichaels.com with the registration email and screenshot of the most recent receipt or payment deduction.
