The Fitness App is excited to announce our collaboration with TrueMed.
With this new partnership, you may now be eligible to tap into your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for your membership to The Fitness App.
How It Works
Use your HSA/FSA in 3 simple steps:
- Fill out a short form to determine eligibility.
- Allow up to 24 - 48 hours for your Letter of Medical Necessity to be delivered via email from Truemed
- Submit your Letter of Medical Necessity with your subscription receipt from The Fitness App to your HSA/FSA provider for reimbursement.

How long does the approval process take for a customer to get a Letter of Medical Necessity?
The intake form has only a few questions. No live consultation with a doctor is required. If eligible, approval takes 24-48 hours. Truemed will then provide a Letter of Medical Necessity via email.
How long is the Letter of Medical Necessity good for?
Each Letter is valid for 12 months before it needs to be renewed.
Does this cost anything?
No, there is no cost for you to use Truemed for The Fitness App reimbursement with your HSA/FSA.
