How to generate a workout

 

To generate a custom workout based on time, intensity and body part follow these steps:

  1. On the Workouts tab of the app, tap on the pink Generator link at the top.
  2. Choose the amount of time you have to exercise, the level (Easy, Medium or Hard), and use the scroll menu to choose what type of workout - Abs, Arms Chest and Back, Buns and Thighs, Cardio, Total Body or Foam Roller Stretches.
  3. Tap Generate Workout.
