To generate a custom workout based on time, intensity and body part follow these steps:
- On the Workouts tab of the app, tap on the pink Generator link at the top.
- Choose the amount of time you have to exercise, the level (Easy, Medium or Hard), and use the scroll menu to choose what type of workout - Abs, Arms Chest and Back, Buns and Thighs, Cardio, Total Body or Foam Roller Stretches.
- Tap Generate Workout.
