The meal plan automatically creates a weekly grocery list for you and it swaps out ingredients if you change your recipes. It's in the Groceries link in the Meals tab in app. If you prefer printing your grocery list,
- Go to your dashboard at https://dashboard.jillianmichaels.com/
- Once signed in, click on Meals
- Click on Groceries
- Click on Download list
Note: You can arrow forward to the week's list that you want to print.
