How do I change my subscription?

If you subscribed through The Fitness App website:

Please email to change your subscription. Make sure to include the email address used to register and we'll be sure to assist you right away. 


If you subscribed through your Apple account by selecting Apple to manage your billing: 

On your iPhone:

  1. Go to Settings > [your name] > Apple ID, iCloud, Media & Purchases.
  2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen. 
  3. Tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in or use Touch ID.
  4. Tap Subscriptions > The Fitness App by Jillian Michaels
  5. Under Options, tap the subscription plan you want.


If you subscribed through the Google Play Store by selecting Google Play payment to manage your billing:

On your Android phone:

  1. Open the Google Play Store Play Store
  2. Tap Menu Menuand thenSubscriptions.
  3. Tap The Fitness App by Jillian Michaels
  4. If a different subscription plan is available, you will see "Change subscription" screen that outlines the details of your current plan and the new plan. After changing subscriptions, you'll receive a confirmation email with the details.
  5. If you do not see different subscription plans, you can contact Google Play to assist you, or Cancel and then purchase a new plan of your choice.
