How to change transition time between exercises

 

To change the amount of time in between each exercise during your workout, follow these steps:

  1. After starting the workout tap the three lined icon in the upper right side of the screen.
  2. This will open the side panel and you'll see the slider at the bottom of that panel (under music volume) under the words "Time between exercises".
  3. Slide the circle right or left to adjust the transition time to best fit your needs.
  4. Tap on the X to get back to your workout.
