To change the amount of time in between each exercise during your workout, follow these steps:
- After starting the workout tap the three lined icon in the upper right side of the screen.
- This will open the side panel and you'll see the slider at the bottom of that panel (under music volume) under the words "Time between exercises".
- Slide the circle right or left to adjust the transition time to best fit your needs.
- Tap on the X to get back to your workout.
