Pass by store-bought smoothies that are often loaded with calories — and create one yourself! This delicious, protein-packed smoothie is the perfect thing to pick you up in the morning.

Apple Berry Banana Smoothie

3 ounces apple juice
1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1 small banana
1 scoop whey protein powder **
1 cup ice cubes

Add ingredients into blender and blend on high until mixture is completely smooth and frothy. Pour into tall glass and enjoy!
