Berry Blast Popsicles

Serves 4 / 130 calories each

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1.5 cups mixed berries (frozen or fresh)
  • 1.5 cups vanilla greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp honey

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Combine the berries, Greek yogurt and honey in a food processor.
  2. Puree until smooth.
  3. Pour into popsicle molds.
  4. Insert the popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours.
