Babes! September is National Yoga Month and since you crushed our Take Back 2020 Challenge – I’ve got a special treat for you!
World renowned yogi, Dashama, will be our guest trainer on The Fitness App the entire month of September and she has built a 30 Day Yoga Challenge for us! (formerly the Jillian Michaels My Fitness app, but now we are adding NEW experts- woohoo!)
Every single day she will be taking us through a different yoga practice! Restorative poses, practices to build flexibility, core strength, strong lean legs, etc. Plus, in my app you also get clean food meal plans, hundreds of recipes, lifestyle tips, community and support.

- Dashama’s 30 Day Yoga challenge can be done anywhere! And the only equipment you will need is your body and preferably a mat!
- You join by simply downloading the JM Fitness App, subscribe, and select the 30 Day Yoga Challenge premium program which will be visible in the app on September 1st (not before, no peeking). Although once in the app you will have access to EVERYTHING should you want it – from my DVD library to all the other app fitness programs, meal plans, and recipes.
- Start day 1 on this Tuesday, September 1st and follow the program daily.
