Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Balls
- 2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup cocoa nibs
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/4 cup ground flax seeds
- 1/4 cup Organic Grass Fed Whey Protein Powder (you guys know I love Alaya Naturals brand**)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Place dough in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes.
Roll into 12 bites. Enjoy and store remainder in the fridge for up to a week.
