Mixed Berry Pancake Recipe
- 2 scoops Alaya whey protein powder
- 1/2 cup eggs
- 1 banana, mashed
- 2 Tbsp. coconut milk
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- Coconut oil spray
- 1/2 cup mixed berries for topping
- Mash banana with milk in a bowl.
- Add the eggs, protein powder and cinnamon to the bowl and mix well.
- Spray a pan with coconut oil spray and heat over medium-low before pouring in the batter. Cook for about 3-5 minutes on each side. Top with some fresh berries and enjoy.
