Mixed Berry Pancake Recipe

Serves 2


  • 2 scoops Alaya whey protein powder
  • 1/2 cup eggs
  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 2 Tbsp. coconut milk
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • Coconut oil spray
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries for topping


  1. Mash banana with milk in a bowl.
  2. Add the eggs, protein powder and cinnamon to the bowl and mix well.
  3. Spray a pan with coconut oil spray and heat over medium-low before pouring in the batter. Cook for about 3-5 minutes on each side. Top with some fresh berries and enjoy.
