Horchata Chia Pudding

SERVES 2

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup unsweetened milk of choice
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract 
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon 
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup 
  • 1 serving protein powder of choice (I like Alaya Naturals Grass Fed Vanilla Whey with Branched Chain Aminos)
  • For topping: fresh fruit of choice, granola, raw cacao nibs, nut butter

INSTRUCTIONS: 

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and whisk well. Pour into two mason jars and place in fridge overnight. 
  2. Before serving, top with desired toppings and enjoy!
