Cucumber Pineapple Mineral Quencher

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 english cucumber
  • 1 cup pineapple, chopped
  • 4 stalks celery
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 2-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup coconut water or regular water

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Process all the produce in a blender or juicer.
  2. Add in spices.
  3. Add to a glass and drink immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
