Reading List
This is so Oprah... but I can't help it. I read the most amazing books and I thought I would share them with you once a month on here. So my first list is all about the links between corporate America and disease / obesity. I have come to believe that our obesity epidemic is based on economics NOT personal accountability. I believe that personal accountability is the CURE. That said, hope you like these books as much as I did. They might be scary at times, but knowledge is power. With the right information, you can make the right choices that affect positive change in yourself and in the world.
