Please answer these questions so I can better assist you.

  1. Please provide a detailed description of the problem, including any error messages you may receive.  It would be very helpful if you would send a detailed list of the steps you are taking when you reach this error.  If you could provide a step-by-step explanation of the links you click, that should be enough information to help me reach the same error you are seeing.
  2. Which kind of computer are you using, PC or Mac?
  3. What operating system are you running (Windows, Linux, etc.)?  What version?
  4. Which browser are you using, Netscape or Internet Explorer?  What version?
  5. Are you using AOL as your browser?  If so, what version?
  6. Who is your current Internet Service Provider?

I have noticed on my food and fitness journal that my budget for my sugar intake has gone from 21 up to 117.  Also on the meal planner one lunch was repeated 3 times in one week.  I don't know if this information is put in manually by someone or if it is just a revolving menu.

I usually log my food and calories on my Ipad or Mac computer.  I have downloaded the new iphone app on my Iphone, but it doesn't sinc correctly and kept shutting off, so I deleted it.

Thanks for your help! I replied on the other thread regarding the sugar budget and have reported that problem to our technical team for attention.

I'll also pass along the meal planner repeating itself-- generally, more variety comes through before meals repeat so thanks for letting us know.

We had some recent updates done to the App if you're interested in giving it another try.
