NEW - Feeling always hungry, looking for advice

Hi All,

I'm new to JM's website. I'm a 22 year old student, and I got one year left of University. Currently I'm doing a 8 month work placement in Alberta, Canada. I've been doing her work out DVD's for over a year now, but I go through phases. I can go a month donig it daily and then I stop for 2-3 months because I can't find time due to my lifestyle.
In University, I never gained the freshman 15, I mainted my weight till about two years ago where I've been fluctuating about 120-115 and my usual before that was 105-110. In May 2012, I moved to a new location for a job where I was already a bit over 120 lbs and since then I've sky rocked to 140 lbs in three months and I've been steady since August. I went up two paint sizes just this summer alone!! I'm only 4"10 in height so these numbers may not be high to an average person but for me they are high and currently I'm "obese" on the BMI scale. I don't look it but I do feel my health has been affected.

I feel horrible about myself and the emotions I feel are crazy... embarassment, anger, and sadness. I don't know what I did wrong to get myself to this but all I do know is that I want to change and work towards thinner me so I am healthier and happier overall.

I started my brand new diet on Sunday and I began work outs yesterday.
Whenever I start to diet or workout, I'm hungry all the time!! This is happening right now and it's just after lunch.. and on my meal planner I have almost maxed out my calories. I'm eating healthy items.. all home cooked things with as many fruits and veggies as possible and lots lots of water.

Does anyone have any advice or good foods I should be eating at this time to quench my hunger? Maybe this is normal but I don't know and it's super frusterating.
If anyone is in the same boat or has gone through this before, can you give me some guidance?
Thanks.
