need a kick start

I feel overwhelmed....I'm not sure the real reason. It's been severeal months since I logged in the F&F journal or did circuts.  I've been hitting my eliptical once or twice a week & then not even looking at it for the same amount of time. I go for walks once in awhile & i've just started on a weekly bowling league w/my boyfriend to get out and do something.

My motivation is that I want to feel healthy, I don't want to buy more/bigger clothes..I like the ones I have but it all goes back to feeling like I don't have enough time but yet I have so much time that I procrastinate...

I am hoping someone else has felt like this and can relate & possibly give me some positive feedback.....Thank you and good luck everyone.

I used to feel like that but I just started going to park everyday no matter what , I started over a month ago . At first I has to sit down after each lap but now I have lost about 10 lbs . so I am motivated to keep going & not sit down until I have walked all 3 laps!!! Once you see results you are more determined to keep it up !! Good Luck !!!

Is there someone you can go through this journey with?  Sometimes if you have a buddy or someone to be accountable to it helps.  I know finding time can be hard to exercise but 30 min walks at lunch or 30 min before or after work while eating well can be a great start.  Find activities that you enjoy. sometimes that is better then following a dvd or going to the gym.  doesnt have to be so regimented if that is something that bothers you. I love to just walk but head phones in my ear listen to a podcast or some music helps you get out of your head and relax.
