Hi, I am also doing Ripped in 30, and am on week 3 right now.  I felt the same as you, so I ended up doing 2 weeks of Week 1.  Then I did 1 week of week 2.  And now I am on week 3.  I found I struggled with all the weeks, but I think that is the whole point of it, to challenge yourself.  However, you can do each week for 2 weeks or more if you like, so you feel comfortable moving along to the next week.  I found it helpful for me to do 2 weeks of week 1.  I find week 3 to be very challenging, however, I found all weeks to be challenging as well.  Some people have suggested to switch it up - and do an "easier" week in the middle of the week that you find it very hard.  For example, doing a day of week 1 after doing 3 days of week 3.  I might just do that myself.  Good luck and have fun!  That DVD is awesome!

I agree week 3 is killer. I don't think this DVD is for beginners, it's challenging for intermediate. Have you tried No More Trouble Zones or 30 Day Shred?  Still challenging, but thought they were a bit easier esp. if you dont have alot of strength yet.
