How do I count the calories burned when doing the workouts?

you can only guesstimate calories burned but a more accurate way to do it is get a heart rate monitor.  I prefer ones with chest straps because the ones that you have to put your finger are hard to use and u end up having to stop you activity.  The wrist ones rely on perfect fit. If you have small wrists it doesnt work correctly. You can find them at places like walmart and Target. This takes in consideration your  age, height and weight along with the  your heart rate to give you a much more accurate way to figure out how many calories are actually burned.

Jillian's arm band is a great tool to see how many calories you are burning throughout your day. and you can check online and see when you are burning the most. Its also very durable as in tae kwon do when I get flipped I have landed on it many times and its still working. you can enter calories consumed as well. tells you how many steps you've taken etc. check the store. Its more accurate than the equipment at the gym and takes the guess work out. :)

Try the link armband instead of the core that Jillian promotes if you have a smart phone. You can see the data on your phone while you work out and when you are planning a meal... If I haven't burned enough, I have to eat less
