I'm on day 5 and since I've started I've been having terrible headaches! I'm excited about my results but has anyone else experienced this? Please say it gets better!!

Good for you for all you have done with your workout!!! I wonder if you should talk to your doctor about your headaches. Have you had your blood pressure checked? I have never experienced a headache due to a workout. Good luck with your workouts!

I recommend drinking more water, that is usually one of the first signs of not drinking enough. Especially if you have started exercising recently, you will be using more just moving through your day. Try it and let us know how you are doing.

Have you changed your eating too? You might be having some withdrawal symptoms from sugar and so forth.

That's what I was thinking. Cutting back carbs and sugar could do it. Also, some exercises have been rough on my neck and that can give me headaches.
