Yes i have read your book it is amazing!!! Working through some rough times right now but i know i am a survivor and will be a winner in this game of life!!!  It really makes you take a look at your life (whats holding you back/ what you want from life) and helps you see through what has made you who you are today.  Then helps you to see who you want to be and what you want your life to look like going forward.  I now believe possibilities are endless for me and life will be what i choose it to be:) Thank You for the inspiration with Unlimited. Now you will know why i choose the screen name i did!! P.S. my work out journey came from the need to become mentally strong and now has turned into a physical challenge for me to be fit, healthy,  and the strongest person i can be and the results are amazing so far.  I finally joined your online website because its time to kick it into high gear now mentally and physically.  I cant thank you enough for all of your inspiration!!!!     Impossible is Nothing aka Jeanmarie

Yes I read the book in three days, including doing the work (or at least starting it).  This is by far the most helpful book I've read and the most successful.  Not only did it help me through some issues I've been fighting all my life, but it also taught me how to deal with those that still come up from time to time.  And probably the most importantly, it taught me how to quit blaming myself for other peoples' weaknesses and take that burden off myself.  So instead of the normal "love yourself more" garbage (which I never understood, because if you could do that in the first place, you wouldn't need guidance), it's more about understanding yourself and how to deal with those issues you have been harboring which eventually allows you to work through them and LET THEM GO instead of burying them deeper and waiting for them to arise again.

Many thanks to Jillian for this important work, and for her knowledge and understanding that the healing process may be  painful at times, but not nearly as bad as harboring in the pain.

I read it last year when it first came out but did not do the working it out part now I am reading it out again, I lost my job because of a head on collison so I am reading it again. I love it. I will be reading more today. I am frustrated because I have no idea what my dream is, what I am good at. As a kid I loved climbing trees and falling a lot...seriously as an adult I loved skiing...it was a great class. I took Pilates when I was home trying to figure things out at another point and I went to where my mom was pointing me--special ed and it ddid not work out. I love the kids hate the red tape. I love pilates and skiing...the free that I feel in class. As far as dreaming my dream I have no idea what I want to be or what is my authentic self. I am at a loss. No clue. I will keep working. Will keep working at it. Erica

I started off the new year by popping on Unlimited (I have an audio version) and starting to listen to it again. I really like the audio version because I can move around and Jillian read her own book and is a good motivational speaker. I first listened to it last spring and really got pumped about changing some things in my life. I even gave the book as wedding presents to my two cousins (how annoying is that?) 2012 is going to be awesome.

Read it, loved it, living it.  I'm not sure my husband digs every bit of it, since it changed a good portion of my attitude (I don't put up with a whole lot of nonsense anymore), but overall this has been life-changing.  It's funny, I kind of knew all of this (okay, "know" is the wrong word...how about "heard a lot of it before") but it all went in one ear and out the other apparently.  Jillian puts this in a form that I understand and relate to.  She's blunt, sassy, sensible, and RIGHT.
LOVE LOVE LOVE.  I keep it in my office, and have honestly opened it up more than once to people coming in for inspiration.

I have renewed the book twice from our library and will go on and buy it as soon as it's in paperback. It is a great read, and I will be reading/rereading it a long time. You know, I read some, stare out the window, cry a little, wipe my nose and read some more. Being at a transitional stage in my life has left me trying to make sense of where I am and where to go. Unlimited  gives solid and truly helpful guidance. Thank you, Jillian, for sharing your insight.

Yes. I have read the book. Is it sad that I've reread it like 3 times? I pick it back up anytime I hit a slump or need a mood booster. :) extremely inspiring and not sugar coated.

I didn't love it. And that's weird because  I love Jillian and I love self-discovery books, but Unlimited I just didn't love.
