Has anyone tried the Shake Weight???

I heard some mix reviews about the Shake Weight but some people were loving the product saying they saw results within a week. I know there is a six minutes workout done daily, just wondering if anyone has used it, if it works and also how are the calories burned calculated? Thanks Rosemarie

Jillian and Janice did a video on the daily dose where Jillian had Janice try out several of those crazy fad workout things that you see on tv, etc. Such as the hula chair, sauna pants, and they also tried out the shake weight. They came to the conclusion that ppl should just get regular weights, and that the shake weight is not only a waste of money, but that it is also not good for your neck and shoulders.

With that said, I have not personally tried the shake weight, but I am willing to take the pro advice on this one ;)
