Getting off the ban wagon again.

The ban wagon of no exercise. I have gotten off and on so many times. It seems like nothing works or in just too lazy to do it. Life is hectic and crazy especially for a college student. And I find when I don't go for a jog or dance for atleast an hour, I get agitated and irritable. I know what will make me feel better but I would like some friends on here to help motivate me. I use to jog just to have time to myself and God, now I feel I can't even do that. But I'm trying to get there again. For when ever I come home from work, I can either dance my heart out or go for a jog.

Hello Ms. Fit ~ My name is Gina and I have been on and off the wagon of exercise and diet for a lifetime! I'm no college kid, be there done that got the t-shirt and degree.  I am here to motivate you; I work f/t, have to be at work at 6a.m., and today I am up at 4a.m. to have my coffee and do a Jillian w/o video, if that isn't a kick in your pant's, it sure is in mine, haha! I plan on doing my fitness plan when I get home from work as well.  I just started her plan about a week ago, and well, I went on vacation 4 days into the program, needless to say I did track food & alcohol, it wasn't pretty I must say, but I'm back on the wagon. So we can keep each other going, you can email at home at gsowell@cox.net, I can never find the right board to come back to, so feel free to keep contact with me! I'm drinking my coffee and getting ready to hit the floor with Ms. Evil :  )  30 day Shred!

Life can get crazy and busy, but we're important too! We can make find and make time!  At least you know that jogging, dancing or some sort of exercise makes you feel better. Would it help to have a workout buddy? Or to make ir a goal to do some dancing at least 3 days this week? Or perhaps try some morning workouts like Gina suggested? We'll be here to hear about it!
