eating before exercise

hi everyone just want some advice. i work long shifts so only time to exercise is early in morning . just want adice re what to eat before exercise and how long before exercise should i eat. thanks

Jillian recommends 60 mins before a workout and keep the meal light. And about 30-60 mins following eat a regular meal and some protein. The protein will help you rebuild muscle and eating a light meal an hour before will keep you energized but won't make you sick. Good luck.
