I start work fairly early and I can't make myself eat a whole meal that early, so I usually make a smoothie and take it with me! It keeps me full and doesn't feel like a big breakfast. I usually use some coconut milk (any would do), a bit of greek yogurt, some pineapple, some banana and spinach! It will look green, but taste great!!

We all unique in our eating routines...but it is important to eat a balanced meal early in your day to get your metabolism in gear...my take is that anything goes as long as it has a good balance of carbs, protein and fat....eventually, if you follow the food plan schedule you should be hungry in the a.m.....Good Luck....
