Brand new looking for workout buddies

Hi all. I just started jMBR on Monday and just signed up to the website today. I am currently rehabbing from a running injury back May and need something to take my mind off of not being able to run like a I want to. So far I have been able to complete all of the exercises without too much impact. Can't wait to see what Jillan has in store for me in the upcoming weeks. Anyone else just started this week? Would love to have a workout buddy to keep me going.

Welcome aboard! I too have been hit by a running injury, so I know what the road to recovery is about! From running a few marathons to now barely able to run 5km, I needed a back up plan. I'm not to crazy about weight workouts, so I only do that about 1time/week. However, I absolutely love hot yoga! I find it very beneficial for us runners. It helps with core, hip flexors, IT bands, and quad/ham strength. I am currently doing a 30 day challenge, day 6! I would gladly help u if u need a workout buddy, or motivator, as I could use the motivation as well! Good luck Sammy1Runner
