I have! I am in week 2 and I am loving it! (well a love/hate kinda thing!) I lost 5.5 lbs the first week which is amazing since I only need to lose 18 to 20lbs to begin with! The Kickstart week is hard just b/c the menu has very very low carbs. This weeks food is much easier. If you have any other questions just let me know.

I am in the kickoff week right now, day 3. I have lost 2 lbs already, I am not following her diet plan I am a stay at home Mom of 5 and 1200 calories is just not enough for me to function on. I am coming in at around 1500 calories a day right now. I have been in the process of losing weight since June 2011 and have so far lost 60 lbs. I have another 30lbs to lose and I am really hopeful that I will accomplish it with the Body Revolution program. I have been a memeber of her site since Jan and have been doing her level 3 hardcore workouts. I do have to do some of the advanced moves to keep it current with what I was doing but so far I am absolutely thrilled with this program!!

That's awesome! I just realized that I did work out 1 for the first 2 days. :( I hope I don't burn out my shoulder muscles.

Have a crazy ? so which workout do you follow the body revolution or the daily fittnes planner or can you do both of them? Which one is better?

I haven't used the daily planner at all yet. I like her recipes so that's why I have the app. I feel with the Body Revolution it's all the work out you really need. Once the 90 days are up I'll probably use the daily planner. Who cares really I'm just thrilled I'm actually losing weight and gaining muscles. My husbands doing the work out with me too so it's a good thing my tubes are tied!!!!!

I am not using the daily planner workouts right now. I had been doing them before my body revolution showed up but that seems a little nutty to do all of that. I do use the food and fitness journal online because I can track the food I am eating and get an accurate count on my calorie consumption. I don't really like any of the food on her diet unfortunately, I am just restricting my calories and keeping my foods natural as possible so that I have a low sodium intake.

I love the cardio workout in phase one I can just barely survive it I can't even imagine doing that though as a newbie! Jillian Rocks! Even though she is a little crazy. I do wish that they would add the body revolution workouts to the food and fitness journal so I could track them more accurately, right now I am tracking them as high impact aerobics for the cardio and circuit training for the workouts. It seems like they would burn off more than the calories that are listed for those activities. Either way though I know that I am maintaining a deficit so I should lose the last of the weight that I am wanting to drop :)

Exactly! Lol what happened to her telling us to not give up? I guess we are all human and that is why I weighted myself. :) I LoSt 2 pounds already! I love it.

Yes I'm in week 1 now.  I've been doing her other DVD's for a couple of years, have all of them except the yoga DVD.  This is very similar, but just enough difference to be something "new" to me.  I needed to get out of my rut.

I'm finishing up week 2... did the Kick Start for week 1 and lost 2lbs!  (I only have 10 to lose so I was impressed with a 2 lb. loss last week!) :)  

I agree... the menu is much easier to follow this week adding in a few more carbs.  yay!!  The detox of last week was a little rough! haha!

Water is what she recommends if it not meal time or snack time. Plus it's good for our body. :)

I started it on monday and I love it. I cannot say if I lost pounds yet but I can say that it is cool to do the exercices... we will see tomorrow the results for the first week

I'm very very new to all of this, but I started 4 days ago, and am  in the kickstart phase.  It is really really low carb, and I'm having some definite detox issues.  The videos are kicking my butt. I have a lot of weight to lose.. so when I find a move that I'm having a hard time doing.I just try to keep moving.  I have lost weight so far.  So that's a good thing.. :-)

I have started phase one and I love it....but the only thing is, I can't get past workout 2...they are so hard.
