Any newbies want to be friends...I just survived day 1

Hi today was day 1 for me with Jillian's program.  I feel good.  I did day 1 of 30 day shed and it was not bad (I just finished Supreme 90). Tomorrow I am going to add weigh to my weights as the light ones were just way too light for me.

I followed my plan pretty close, I added about 1/4 cup of wild rice at dinner (the salmon was amazing by the way) and missed my snack.  I also had a low cal ice cream bar (weight watchers) but I am still under in my calories.

I am going to go prep my water for tomorrow and see how I do tomorrow.

I would love to have someone to follow this with if you are interested.

I enjoyed reading your post about Day 1. Glad you got through it.

I have done low carb plans before and dreaded the "induction flu" feelings. I really did not experience this with Jillian's plan.

I am now on Day 3-started Monday this week. I have done my besy to go by the plan- i have eaten Salmon salad at lunch and other variations of this.

So far, I have lost 4 pounds and feel good.

Are you planning to do the entire 7 day plan and then onto the 90 day plan?

Today is day 4 for me, I didn't get to do my w/o on Friday, went for a 17 mile bike ride for my cardio on Saturday, had my rest day on Sunday---today LORDY I had my first circuit training HOLY MOLY, I was nauseated toward the end of circuit 4 and 5! I made it through the entire w/o, HATE  the scissors' and mountain climbers!! I'm scared for tomorrow's w/o!! This is my first post, so not sure if it is okay to reply on your message? if I'm doing it wrong please let me know :  /
