Diet Coach?

I'm still new to the system, 8 days in now.  However, I still do not have a coach!  I started with a fitness coach - wonderful lady - but my questions are certainly in the diet arena.  She dropped off as my coach 5 days ago and now I have no coach.  Even emails to support has not resolved this.

Help please!

KeithBarrows - Hi and welcome!  Hopefully they are reassigning you to another coach. You can try calling customer service  toll-free at 866-348-9729 from 9am - 8pm EST, Monday through Friday.

I was hoping the support line via email was just as well manned.  I've sent 3 emails now.  The first was closed with a "please call our support line" while the other 2 have been ignored.  My work does not allow me very much time to call so I rely on electronic communications for much of everything I do.

I do understand, and CS usually responds quickly.  There may be a response Monday for you.
