Workout Steps


Step 1

Stand with your feet hip-width apart and your knees slightly bent, or "soft." Let your arms hang straight down at your sides.

Step 2

Using your glutes, hamstrings, and calves, jump with both legs and curl your heels up to kick yourself in the glutes. Land on your feet to return to the starting position. Repeat.
