Chunky Monkey Overnight Oats

SERVES 1

INGREDIENTS:

  • ¾ cup rolled oats 
  • 1 cup unsweetened milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao nibs 
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter 
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • ½ banana sliced
  • Drizzle of pure maple syrup

INSTRUCTIONS: 

  1. Add the oats, milk, and chia seeds to a mason-style jar container and mix well. Set in the fridge overnight.
  2. In the morning before serving, top with cacao nibs, peanut butter, hemp seeds, banana slices, and pure maple syrup.
  3. Enjoy!
