Season 6

Episode 13: The Live Finale!
Now that the players were all done with the sweat and tears on the Ranch, it was time for a night of glam. I got to see the incredible makeovers my Season 6 contestants had undergone since they'd left the Ranch, and I even got see a couple old friends from past seasons. But only one contestant won the title of Biggest Loser...If for some reason you didn't catch the finale, let me run down the results.

Episode 12: The Final Four
During their last week on the Ranch, it was time for the four remaining players — Ed, Heba, Vicky, and my girl Michelle — to look back at just how far they'd come, and they'd come a LONG way. But in the end, only three of them were going to stay in the running for the top prize at the finale, and they still had a lot of work to do. Here's what went down in the final week.

Episode 11: Makeovers Galore
When it's down to the final five contestants, you'd think the players would be completely focused on weight loss. But this week was all about getting new looks. Bob and I certainly weren't giving the makeovers — now that would have been funny...Instead the players were flown to New York and given ultimate makeovers by hair and style experts. On top of that, they got to debut their transformations on The Tyra Banks Show. Did the time-out for makeovers interfere with their weight-loss progress? Here's what played out.

Episode 10: Nobody Puts My Girls in a Corner
With Thanksgiving approaching, the players focused on all they had to be thankful for. The former Blue Team was psyched about their numbers advantage, and mother-and-daughter duo Michelle and Renee, formerly of my Black Team, were grateful to have remained in the game together for this long. But just being thankful wasn't going to keep them there. Here's what went down over the week.

Episode 9: Bringing Back the Eighties!
Tensions soared on the Ranch this week as all the contestants tried to get over the shock that Blue Team member Amy C. had voted off her teammate Brady. Brady's wife Vicky took it the hardest, even putting up a sign on her door stating that revenge was coming. Bob had to comfort Amy C., who felt that voting for Brady would help her stay in the game and become the Biggest Loser. Luckily, we had a totally rad theme on the Ranch this week to try to lighten the mood. Here's what came about... Read the Complete Recap

Episode 8: Everything Changes
This week, the contestants went from competing as teams to standing on their own, and the kicked-off players came back for a second chance. Nothing would be the same after this...Here's how it played out.

Episode 5: Shaking Things Up
I promised you a twist last week, and the show delivered — there are no more teams of two. From now on, it's my Black Team versus Bob's Blue...and although the scenario is familiar, the family alliances make for a whole different dynamic this time around. Here's what happened in Week 5 on the Ranch.

Episode 4, Part Two: Making Choices
All right, you guys saw me lose it a bit in Tuesday night's episode. My girls just weren't doing their homework and weren't showing me that they were committed to changing their lives. Luckily (for them, since I was about ready to throw them out a window), they came around and got to work toward the end of Week 4. Here's how things wrapped up...

Episode 4, Part 1: All About the Prizes
Jerry had to say goodbye last week, so it was up to Coleen to defend the Yellow Team's name. Moreover, I was now down to five women to train and it was definitely time to get focused. However, last night was only half the action of what took place in Week 4...

Episode 3: Road Trip!
The teams ventured away from the Ranch this week — a road trip to the Grand Canyon for all the families. The incredible scenery and rugged terrain offered some great workout opportunities, which they all ignored — great choice, people! But this was no vacation. In case you missed it, let me break down the families' experience in the desert (without Bob or me), and what it was like when they returned...

Episode 2: The Week 2 Curse
If you've watched other seasons of The Biggest Loser, you know that Week 2 is never pretty. After losing big during Week 1, the contestants' bodies go into panic mode, and dropping pounds gets a LOT harder. That's why the average weight loss among all the players in the show's history is a measly 2 percent of their body weight. Did my team better that average this year? Well, not exactly...
